The Title Examiner I is responsible for preparing title reports for all applicable Mortgage Lending and Consumer Lending real estate loan applications. Research and review of real estate records is conducted utilizing information obtained from the county Registers of Deeds, various public websites, and documentation provided by members. The Title Examiner I reviews recorded documents to determine property ownership, legal description, and existing liens. They serve as a real estate titling subject matter expert for the organization. This position requires the development of knowledge and experience in title reporting and the functionality of real estate loan products, processes, and systems. Why work for UW Credit Union?
