The CRM Segmentation Analyst will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing campaigns by building and delivering accurate audience files across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, social media, mobile app, and SMS, using the Simon CDP platform. The CRM Segmentation Analyst will also create reports that guide operational, strategic, and business initiatives while conducting QA testing of segments, flows, and output files to ensure accuracy and performance. Success in this role requires a strong foundation in marketing concepts across digital, social, email, and call center channels. Attention to detail and a commitment to data security are critical, as you will be responsible for ensuring all campaign files are delivered on time, error-free, and in full compliance with State, Federal, and organizational requirements.
