About The Position

The Creative Operations Coordinator supports the Project Management team in ensuring the seamless execution of tasks and projects. This role focuses on organizing project-related activities, tracking progress, and facilitating effective communication among team members. The Coordinator plays a vital role in helping the team deliver exceptional business value through efficient project coordination and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira and Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Basic understanding of data flow and marketing concepts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in project coordination or related roles preferred.
  • Exposure to SCRUM/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with working on cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and marketing personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and task lists.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of progress.
  • Schedule and organize project status and working meetings and prepare meeting materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for team inquiries, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Support the delegation of tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports, highlighting risks, issues, and deviations from plans.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Maintain project management tools, such as Jira, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including managing calendars and correspondence.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
