Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the business's day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Handle a wide array of title issues that arise during real estate transactions and draft curative documents for attorneys.
  • Thoroughly review all closing files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients regarding title issues and closing requirements.
  • Act as the primary support resource for staff, offering guidance on complex title matters and providing training.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing deals to ensure timely completion of all tasks and address any delays or issues.
  • Track and manage the resolution of title issues, coordinating with relevant parties to clear encumbrances or defects.
  • Conduct closing ceremonies in company offices and remotely, coordinating with other closers as necessary.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan upcoming tasks.
  • Regularly evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans.
  • Engage with the local community by attending events and building relationships with industry professionals.
  • Travel between GNT offices and to remote closings as needed.
