Coming Soon! Porsche North Miami is opening soon, and we are looking for a Title Clerk to join our team in mid-March. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Porsche dealership from day one! This role is essential in ensuring the accurate processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation in compliance with state and dealership guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Comfortable with office equipment (computers, scanners, printers, phone systems)
  • 2–3 years of experience in an office or administrative role
  • Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CDK or similar dealership management systems is a plus
  • Understanding of accounting principles and dealership processes is helpful
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Process all title work through appropriate systems (e.g., CVR) or out-of-state tag agencies
  • Register sold vehicles with the DMV and manage title reassignment as needed
  • Maintain and request vehicle titles; process refunds for overpaid registration fees
  • Accurately file documents with state agencies for titling and registration
  • Review deal documents for compliance with state regulations and dealership policies
  • Audit transaction deals and upload missing documents into CDK or other dealership systems
  • Manage dealer plates, conduct DMV audits, and report any lost or stolen plates
  • Process vehicle sales paperwork and handle cancellations of service and sales contracts
  • Coordinate paperwork flow between Finance and other departments
  • Assist with billing for wholesale deals and title reassignment for auctioned vehicles
  • Support general office tasks and special projects as needed
  • Reconcile account schedules and prepare daily deposits and journal entries
  • Assist with reconciling equipment due schedules and correcting discrepancies
  • Submit contracts to lenders to facilitate funding
  • Provide backup support for other office roles, including Office Manager/Controller
