About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our Administration/Accounting team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of DMV documentation, maintain compliance with state regulations, and support title and audit processes. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- CDK and prior DMV experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Process DMV documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
- Support title and check audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Review vehicle titles for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with state requirements (VIN verification, odometer readings, lien releases, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DMV laws and regulations, interpreting state-specific titling requirements as needed.
- Resolve titling issues through effective communication with customers and internal team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
