Title Clerk- RideNow Beach BLVD
About The Position
RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is seeking a Title Clerk. This role involves processing on-road, off-road, and watercraft titles and registrations, including out-of-state transactions. Key responsibilities include reassigning titles from trade-ins and vehicle purchases, managing lien payoffs, issuing purchase checks for vehicle acquisitions, and notifying customers about license plate readiness. The Title Clerk will also communicate with lenders and state agencies to resolve title issues, verify documentation for accuracy and compliance, and support the accounting and funding team with other assigned duties.
Requirements
- 1+ year of title experience
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
Nice To Haves
- Out-of-state title experience
- Public notary certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Process on-road, off-road, and watercraft titles and registrations, including out-of-state transactions
