About The Position

Jerry Seiner Dealerships is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Title Clerk to join our Las Vegas team . If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and supporting both customers and internal teams, this could be a great fit. This is a full-time and in-office position. You'll work in a professional office setting with an adjustable sit-to-stand desk, and we'll provide training on our dealership systems.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and procedures
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• A strong focus on customer experience and accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Automotive accounting or title experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork in compliance with Nevada state and federal regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate licensing and titling of vehicles
• Provide professional, responsive customer service to internal and external customers
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and dealership information
• Post, track, and reconcile related accounting transactions accurately
