About The Position
Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Wholesale Title Billing Clerk and Product Cancellation Specialist to join our team at our El Monte dealership. The Title Clerk processes all vehicle transactions. Verifies costs, including costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons for the accounting department and prepares legal transfer documents for the county court clerk or DMV in accordance with state law. Processing and managing vehicle product cancellations, including extended warranties, service contracts, and other aftermarket products. This position ensures all cancellations are handled accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies, dealership agreements, and state regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience working in the automotive industry or a dealership environment.
