What We Do Title Assistant (Onsite – Rock Springs, WY | Sweetwater County) Jumpstart your career in real estate with First American. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Curiosity and a love for research
- Professional communication and a customer-first mindset
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- High school diploma (title experience a plus, not required—we’ll train!)
Responsibilities
- Research property records and resolve title issues
- Review and interpret real estate documents
- Ensure accuracy in legal documents and calculations
- Support the title process from file creation to completion
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
