About The Position
Join a mission-driven team as a Title and Leasing Specialist, where you can play a critical role in supporting the Infrastructure Property Management division by analyzing, interpreting, and managing complex real estate records, including deeds, leases, easements, agreements, patents, and contracts. The position oversees the leasing, licensing, permitting, and day-to-day management of County and Flood Control District properties. You’ll also conduct essential land rights research that informs the acquisition, use, and disposition of public assets, directly impacting the way our communities grow and thrive.
