About The Position
As a Title 36 Liaison, you will be working with our SMI patients on a locked unit. Someone with experience in the T-36 process would be the ideal candidate. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the involuntary commitment process per Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 36. Must have advanced knowledge of Title 36 Revised Statutes and able to work in a highly complex system. This position is responsible for the daily submission of mental health legal documents to the County Attorney's Office, CPSA, and the Superior Court.
