The Title 31 Analyst at Yaamava Resort & Casino is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) requirements as they pertain to casino operations. This role involves reviewing, auditing, investigating, and filing Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) while working independently to analyze compliance tracking logs and address any discrepancies. The analyst collaborates with management across departments to report on suspicious activities and ensure adherence to internal controls.

  • Review, compile, and administer oversight of audited Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform statistical analysis of gaming operations data to monitor trends and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy criteria.
  • Gather and analyze information from multiple tracking systems to review and file CTRs accurately.
  • Conduct research using commercial databases and social media to obtain relevant patron information for due diligence reports.
  • Determine agent activity and create analyses and CTRs for regulatory filing.
  • Assist in developing standard auditing procedures for accurate CTR filing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Forensic Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of progressive internal/external auditing experience with a focus on regulatory matters related to BSA and Anti-Money Laundering.
  • Experience with Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) is required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) are preferred.
  • Experience applying and interpreting the Patriot Act in a work environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures for Title 31 transaction reporting.
