As a Tissue Donation Coordinator, the work you do will help guide donor families through the tissue donation process that can lead to impacting countless individuals. Tissue donations are pivotal in helping children who require heart valve transplants lead full and healthy lives, breast cancer survivors in need of mastectomy surgeries feel whole again, restoring sight to those who suffer from corneal blindness, and so many others. What You’ll Work: Three 12-hour shifts per week One 12-hour on-call shift every 2 weeks A variety of Day, Mid, and Night shifts Shifts you select in our collaborative self-scheduling model Shifts in person and remote in our fully hybrid staffing model Shifts that support our 24-hour, 365-day a year mission including weekends and holidays You will be part of a team that supports the NEDS mission, to Save and Heal Lives, through the gift of Organ and Tissue Donation.
