The Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC) global Innovation senior Finance Director plays a central role in the strategic planning and execution of initiatives across multiple TISC innovation functions, including Research to Experimentation, Future Flow, Freestyle Innovation Center, Global Development & Innovation, and more. This position is crucial in liaising with Corporate and Operating Unit (OU) teams to support and accelerate the growth agenda of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). The role involves providing a variety of analytics, including financial and business modeling, ROI analysis, opportunity sizing, savings validation, process improvement, and performance reviews of financial metrics. The Finance Director is expected to be a strategic partner who drives financial results and actively contributes to decision-making processes with a focus on innovation and technical functions. In this role, the Finance Director will influence the acceleration of innovation contributions to growth, aiming to contribute at least 25% of KO Net Sales Revenue and Gross Profit while protecting and improving margins. The position requires collaboration with the TISC Leadership team, Global Marketing/Global Category teams, and other finance functions linked to Innovation. The Finance Director will provide strategic finance support to Innovation teams, maintain a comprehensive understanding of global market trends, and recommend strategic adjustments based on financial modeling and data analysis. This includes aligning innovation initiatives with TISC Strategic Objectives and optimizing processes and team structures to enhance Innovation effectiveness. The role also involves managing a full-time finance associate and overseeing the work done by Platform Services, Genpact associates, and external service providers. The Finance Director will educate non-finance TISC stakeholders on financial tools, modeling, and metrics relevant to Innovation's contribution to growth. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences are critical for success in this position.
