About The Position
A2Z Staffing Workforce Solutions is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Sacramento. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position. In this role, you will: Load and unload tires manually Unload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frame Order picking / order selecting Attendance and punctuality are VITAL Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures Ability to repetitively lift- up to 80 pounds Work on feet for extended periods of time
Requirements
- Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
- Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
- Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
- Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
- Must be bilingual
- Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time
- Must pass E-verify
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
