Provide a world class experience for our customers and your colleagues Adhere at all times to the One Price, One Person ® philosophy Execute all duties in a manner consistent with our values: high-character, engaged, team-player Relentlessly strive to improve quality and productivity Follow all required safety and hazardous materials procedures as required by dealership policies and applicable state laws and regulations Use and maintain dealership-provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition Document inspection findings and maintenance recommendations Proactively communicate special findings to service advisor Perform quality checks on work completed Collaborate and share knowledge within department Report any comebacks immediately to the shop foreman and service manager Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its personnel or customers Communicate proactively with other associates to ensure a smooth, safe flow of work through the shop Replace tires for different Make and Model vehicles Install Accessory / Upgraded Wheels and Tires Replace and Register new Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors and Register Clean and Maintain Tire Area Remove Tires from Tire Area and store in Disposal Location Opportunity to Advance Large Off Road Tire Installation Other Assigned duties Experience Preferred, Can Train
