Requirements

• You need to be reliable, hard-working and no-nonsense. (This is core to being a professional anything)
• You should have the ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate the motivation to continually increase your knowledge & technical skills.
• You should be a positive team player: our company successes have always been built on mature and dedicated teams who love what they do.
• You must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (that's a big one, if your MVR is a hot mess, we quite possibly cannot hire you)

Responsibilities

• Perform tire balance, rotations and inspections for uneven wear
• Enhance the service process by creating a first class customer experience
• Move vehicles between the service drive and shop/staging areas
• Respond quickly to the needs of the department and the customers
• Team Effort: Demonstrates a concern for meeting departmental needs through activities such as accepting overtime work.
• Practice safe work habits and use personal protective equipment as required.
