About The Position

The Sales & Service position at Les Schwab is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures. Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service
• Promoting store sales
• Using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
