About The Position

Marion Toyota is adding to our Service Department with an opening for an experienced Tire Technician. Responsibilities/Requirements: Tire Installation and Service: Mounting new tires on wheels, dismounting old ones, balancing, and rotating tires. Experience in operating a TPMS system for quick repair. Repairs and Diagnostics: Inspecting damage (tread wear, sidewall punctures), locating leaks using water baths, and patching or plugging tires. Safety Checks: Checking inflation pressure, checking for proper wheel torque, and ensuring tires meet safety standards. Interaction: Advising on tire wear, recommending replacements, and explaining repairs. TIRE TECHNICIAN Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining machinery like car lifts, balancers, and air compressors. Other: Express Maintenance items will also be a requirement. Must possess VALID drivers license Must have Right To Work Documentation (i.e., SS Card/Passport/Real I.D.)
