About The Position

The Tire Technician at RNR Tire Express is responsible for overseeing all activities in the installation shop, ensuring that all paperwork related to tire installations or removals is completed accurately, and maintaining proper inventory and tools. This role emphasizes a strong commitment to customer service and employee well-being, with a focus on achieving a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements

• ASE Certification
• 1 year of experience as an automotive technician or tire technician
• Valid State Driver License with a clean driving history
• Ability to use hand tools

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a wheel specialist or alignment technician

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all activity in the installation shop
• Placing product and supply orders
• Checking in delivered merchandise
• Labeling merchandise with item numbers
• Organizing delivered merchandise according to customer orders
• Handling 'Return to Vendor' merchandise when necessary
• Identifying and properly tagging all turned-in products
• Cleaning and maintaining turned-in products
• Maintaining an organized system of storing used tires
• Controlling parts spending
