About The Position
As a Tire Technician at Belle Tire, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by conducting essential tire maintenance tasks. This includes performing repairs, mounting tires, and rotating them as needed. You will also be responsible for cleaning hubs and wheels to prevent corrosion, which is vital for the longevity and performance of the tires. Maintaining an organized and safe work environment is paramount, and you will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols while performing your duties. Additionally, you may be assigned other tasks by your manager, which could vary based on the needs of the business and the seasonality of the role. This position is seasonal, meaning that it may be more demanding during certain times of the year, particularly when tire changes are more frequent. You will be working in a workshop environment that requires heavy physical activity, including lifting objects weighing up to 75 pounds and standing for long periods. The work hours can vary, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Saturday, and some overtime may be required during peak times.
