About The Position

Tire Technician / Automotive Mechanic We're growing our automotive service team and looking for Tire Technicians and Automotive Mechanics who take pride in quality work. Tire Technician Responsibilities: Install, remove, balance, and rotate tires Repair flat tires and ensure proper inflation Test, replace, and reset TPMS sensors Perform oil changes and routine maintenance Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings Test and install batteries Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver timely, high-quality service Opportunity to expand skills into additional automotive services, including brakes, suspension, and alignment Automotive Mechanic Responsibilities: Diagnose and perform brake system repairs Complete suspension and steering repairs Perform wheel alignments and address handling concerns Replace under-hood components such as alternators, water pumps, radiators, belts, and hoses Perform preventative maintenance and general service repairs Assist with tire services as needed Test and install batteries Maintain a safe, organized, and well-stocked shop environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate + commission and overtime opportunities Paid vacation and holidays Medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurances 401(k) with company match Employee discounts, referral bonuses and ASE reimbursement Genuine career growth About Big Brand Tire & Service For 50+ years, Big Brand has been the trusted name in tires and auto repair. Responsibilities
