Job Responsibilities: Identify necessary work and perform comprehensive tire services. Accurately capture detailed information, input it into computer systems, and communicate it to the Shop or service provider as required. Adhere to the tire program for each unit and identify needs. Comply with all TIA rules and regulations to ensure personal and driver safety. Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. Consistently follow established procedures and protocols. Recognize areas for improvement and provide feedback to management. Share best practices across the team. Maintain a professional atmosphere at all times. Principal Duties/Responsibilities: Exhibit a strong work ethic and be independently motivated to achieve results with minimal external influence. Demonstrate hard work, diligence, responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, effective communication, and teamwork. Review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make informed decisions. Read, understand, and adhere to procedures and guidelines. Commit to following established safety policies and procedures. Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Experience with computers, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and related programs.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • At least one year of steady employment or schooling.
  • Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and crawl under equipment as required.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • TIA certifications are a plus.
