Tire Pros is hiring full-time Tire Store Managers for both our Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks locations! SCHEDULE : This full-time position offers a consistent schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM , and Sundays CLOSED . Overtime opportunities are available for motivated candidates. WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR TIRE STORE MANAGER In this role, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and promote store initiatives Build customer loyalty while supporting team and company goals. Manage budgets, payroll, and store performance; maintain accurate financial records. Oversee staff scheduling and development; stay current through ongoing training. Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and handle additional duties as needed. Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction. Perform additional duties as needed.
