About The Position
As a Tire Service Advisor at Dealer Tire, your essential job functions will include selling and assisting with the sale of tires to customers on the service drive, inspecting customers' cars, diagnosing tire-related problems, recommending services, and quoting prices. You will also be responsible for ensuring necessary repairs are completed as ordered, maintaining effective customer relationships, overseeing customer satisfaction, completing market analysis, assisting in store operations, and cleaning and maintaining your work area. Additional duties may be assigned based on dealership location.
