Earning potential is between $35K and $50K PLUS commissions paid directly from vendors We offer a COMPREHENSIVE retirement savings plan, medical, dental and other VALUABLE insurance plans. What You Will Do: Our Retail Sales Associates delivers exceptional customers service while achieving sales objectives, maintains a well merchandised facility including housekeeping. We provide hands-on and classroom training. This position will perform duties related to both sales and tire service:
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable MVR and Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience
- Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors
- Achieve sales objectives
- Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
