About The Position

We are hiring for both our Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks locations! WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE Pay: This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$140,000/year. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR TIRE RETAIL STORE MANAGER In this role, you'll do the following: Deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and promote store initiatives Build customer loyalty while supporting team and company goals. Manage budgets, payroll, and store performance; maintain accurate financial records. Oversee staff scheduling and development; stay current through ongoing training. Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and feedback Perform additional duties as needed. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience managing a retail tire store
Valid CA driver's license
