About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Tire Repair Technician with basic general automotive maintenance experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable with hands-on work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience with tire mounting, tire patching
• Basic automotive maintenance knowledge (oil changes, brakes check, belts, fluids, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physical labor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a tire shop, auto shop, or fleet maintenance environment
• Ability to identify mechanical concerns
• Experience with light mechanical work (oil changes, greasing, belts)

Responsibilities

• Perform tire repairs, patches, replacements, and rotations
• Conduct basic maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements and greasing equipment
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns or maintenance needs
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members about vehicle issues
• Maintain accurate logs of services performed
• Assist with additional shop tasks as needed
