As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, helping members get more of what they love for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations. The role involves being a team member, an expert in safety, compliance, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and Point of Sale systems. You will also leverage digital tools, manage equipment and inventory, process transactions, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador, valuing the member experience, modeling high-quality service, and developing and mentoring other team members. The position requires compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, completing work assignments, and adapting to change. It also emphasizes respecting individuals, working as a team, acting with integrity, serving customers and members, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and learning.
