About The Position

We are looking for a Tire and Lube Technician with a passion to service vehicles. If this is, you and you’re ready for your next destination then you have cruised to the right spot! Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Professional Experience: Entry level position with no required experience Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional) Knowledge: Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools Additional Notes: Must have tools to perform necessary repairs Minimum tools needed for the job. 3/8” and ½” impact wrench Sockets wrench - metric and standard - preferably long and short lengths. Oil Filter wrenches and tools TPMS tool - reset tire sensors Combo wrenches Screwdrivers Must have a Valid Driver’s License What You’ll Get: The hourly rate is $23.50 Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime) Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay) Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays) Profit Sharing: Eligible Benefits: Further program information can be found here at HertzBenefits.com. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
