As a Tipper Operator, you will utilize tipping equipment to transfer donations between material handling equipment. Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
- Equipment operation experience preferred, i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, balers, tippers, etc.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
- Comply with Goodwill Industries of Dallas Inc. policies and Donated Goods Retail standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the organization's safety and security policies and procedures.
- Transfer donations between material handling equipment utilizing hydraulically operated baling equipment.
- Meet minimum daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
