About The Position

The Tint Installer is responsible for the continued growth, quality, customer service and installation of our Automotive Window Film line. This role involves installing automotive window film with a high level of quality, maintaining professional relationships with local XPEL customers (both wholesale and retail), and transporting vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations. The installer is also expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
• Required to stand/walk/sit for extended periods
• Required to use hands and fingers for extended periods
• Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years’ experience in automotive window tint installation preferred
