About The Position

The Timekeeping Coordinator is responsible for collecting and entering the engagement hours of participants at assigned WeCARE activities and for providing reports and administrative support as needed. What You'll Do Collection of participants’ timekeeping hours in both hard copy and electronic form. Analyze timekeeping entries in FedcapCARES, the Fedcap WeCARE internal system. Enter timekeeping data into HRA’s timekeeping component of SEAMS, the HRA system of record. Print reports and review for errors and inconsistencies. Work with other staff members to identify potential issues with participant timekeeping. Scan and catalogue timesheets and other related documents into FedcapCARES and SEAMS. Enter participant demographic data and action codes and scan documents into computerized databases. If necessary, perform telephone outreach to individuals who have failed to register any timekeeping within a given period.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One (1) or more years of satisfactory full-time administrative support experience
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to maintaining confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor or associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Experience working with public assistance recipients, homeless, formally incarcerated, and/or those affected by the challenges associated with poverty a plus.
