About The Position

The position involves resolving problems for local quality control of timekeeping systems, specifically the KP TIME System. This includes reviewing pay period adjustments for accuracy and entering data from paper TIME forms to finalize time cards for manager approval. The role requires analyzing various issues or data to resolve both routine and non-routine issues of smaller scope, following general directions for printing attendance calendars and analyzing reports for employees in the Centralized Timekeeping Department. The individual will ensure quality assurance for daily operations by communicating newly established business processes to clients and providing analytical research and program development for the system with minimal supervision. Additionally, the role involves conducting audit processes and resolving escalated customer inquiries with first call solutions, applying HR knowledge and judgment while supporting National Payroll Services and KRONOS support teams.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment OR minimum three (3) years experience working in a corporate or business office environment.
  • Knowledge of written communication, interpersonal skills, time management, service focus, conflict resolution, computer literacy, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve problems for local quality control of timekeeping systems by reviewing pay period adjustments for accuracy.
  • Enter data in the TIME system from paper TIME forms to finalize time cards for manager approval.
  • Analyze various issues or data to resolve routine and non-routine issues of smaller scope.
  • Print attendance calendars and analyze reports for employees in the Centralized Timekeeping Department.

  • Provide analytical research and program development for the system with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct audit processes while working with National Timekeeping Compliance/Regional Reports/No-Pay Schedule (NPS).
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries with first call solutions by applying HR knowledge and judgment.
  • Collaborate with peers to recommend appropriate solutions for routine and non-routine issues.
  • Identify and address improvement opportunities within the team.
