About The Position

The Time Implementation Consultant at ADP is responsible for successfully implementing clients on HCM products and services, ensuring exceptional onboarding experiences. This role combines project management and analytical skills to simplify complex information, helping clients develop confidence in using ADP's products. The consultant will build long-term relationships with clients, analyze their existing systems, and recommend appropriate solutions based on their unique needs. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience with Time and Attendance products (e.g., ADP eTime, Kronos).
  • Strong client relationship skills with the ability to influence and guide clients.
  • Ability to recognize project risks and proactively document and mitigate them.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 2 years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable in a performance-based and structured environment.
  • Proficient in web technologies and various operating systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, FinancialForce, and Excel.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PHR, or SPHR.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and build long-term trust.
  • Analyze clients' existing systems and interface requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about HCM capabilities and new product features to address client challenges.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate solutions based on clients' unique needs.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience.
