About The Position

Time-Dominant Geospatial Open-Source Analyst The Opportunity: Booz Allen is seeking a skilled geospatial open-source analyst to perform in-depth research and analysis in support of a government customer. At customer direction, the analyst will answer requests for information in a timely manner using geospatial tools, open-source information, and a combination of customer tools. Projects will cover a variety of topics and regions and require use of a combination of classified and open sources, including commercial databases, and open and proprietary or commercial geospatial resources, news and social media sources, and client-based applications. Tasks will require working with customers or other geospatial open-source analysts to develop and execute research plans. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in open-source research, geospatial and imagery analysis, or all-source analysis
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of analysts and researchers, or in program management
  • Experience with research using unclassified, open-source, and commercial databases
  • Experience using imagery exploitation tools and platforms, including electronic light tables (ELT)
  • Knowledge of imagery product publication platforms and processes
  • Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to produce GEOINT products to client standards and quality
  • Ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Experience briefing senior and executive-level customers
  • Experience managing shift schedules
  • Experience using multi-INT analytical databases and reporting tools
  • Experience performing first-phase analysis work
  • Experience with collection capabilities and methods
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
