About The Position
Actalent is hiring a Time and Expense specialist for a Contract role. The Time and Expense Specialist (T&E Specialist) is responsible for ensuring our employees receive superior service and accurate pay. The employees the T&E Specialist supports include but are not limited to Per Project Consultants, Full Time Consultants and Internal Billable Employees. The T&E Specialist's primary responsibilities will be to verify, monitor, and process the weekly payroll for their assigned portfolio. The T&E Specialist will also review, communicate, and ensure compliance with our companies' policies and procedures. The T&E Specialist will be the liaison between OSG, Project Coordinators, and our corporate partners to ensure payroll and invoicing are accurate and completed each week within the appropriate deadlines.
