A day in the life of a Lead of Special Projects and Collaborations at Timberland looks a little like this. You'll be a trusted member of our team, reporting to the Vice President, Merchandising. You will directly manage all collaboration projects and related assortment plans. This role leads and collaborates across the organization at global/regional levels and cross-functionally with Product Development and Design, Apparel, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Legal and Finance. This role will also work closely with high-profile partners, brands, and retailers to drive strategic business priorities. In addition, you will envision and plan a 3–5-year partnership roadmap, tied to Timberlands long-range priorities, to be integrated seamlessly into seasonal inline product planning. Finally, balancing strategy, vision, and agility, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of the product creation processes to optimize collaborations that generate brand heat.
