Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Previous experience in an upscale dining environment is highly preferred.
• A vibrant personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and address challenges promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and supervising front-of-house staff to ensure they are well-prepared and aligned with our service standards, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Oversee pre and post-shift operations, including handling closing paperwork, managing server cash-out procedures, and ensuring the restaurant is properly closed and secured at the end of the night.
• Step in to support the service floor during busy periods, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of guest service.
• Collaborate with the management team to create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and events.
• Actively engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
