Requirements

• Proven experience in remodeling, maintenance person services, or carpentry.
• Strong skills in flooring installation techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Knowledge of floor care practices, including buffing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in water damage restoration is preferred but not mandatory.
• Construction experience of 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform flooring installation, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet.
• Execute remodeling tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately complete installations.
• Conduct water damage restoration and repair work as required.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the installation process.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and organized before, during, and after installations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Benefits

• Competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
• Full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week.
