About The Position

The Grout Medic is looking for a full-time or part-time year-round high-quality Tile and Grout Technician with a natural work ethic, a positive/flexible attitude, and experience in the field. The position involves working in residential homes, primarily during daytime hours with some weekends as necessary. The Grout Medic is dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for all its employees, offering employment year-round. The role includes driving to job sites, working on various tile and grout projects, and ensuring high-quality service for clients.

Requirements

• Tile or grout experience is a must.
• Experience working with silicone caulks and all types of grouts.
• Must have a cell phone with service.
• Have a valid driver's license without restrictions.
• Criminal background checks required.
• Ability to work on knee pads.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with water damage repair behind tile work.
• Ability to follow feedback and complete jobs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform regrouting, re-caulking, grout cleaning, grout color sealing, tile repair, tile replacement, and tile installation.
• Drive personal vehicle to/from job site or vehicle storage location until training is completed.
• Follow safety protocols and wear company shirts and booties while on the job.
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds as required for the job.
