We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sr. Account Specialist to join our ecommerce agency and support TikTok Shop sellers. This role is ideal for someone with a background in ecommerce and/or social commerce, who has demonstrated ownership over business operations or cross-functional projects. You'll play a critical role in helping our sellers thrive in the fast-evolving and dynamic TikTok Shop environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in ecommerce or social commerce, with a solid understanding of retail operations and platforms like TikTok Shop.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take initiative and own projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to work with data, identify patterns, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Creative and detail-oriented approach to optimizing product listings and campaign content.
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional relationships with clients, creators, affiliates, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with go-to-market strategies and assortment planning, including hero product selection and new item setup.
  • Help execute pricing and promotions strategies, collaborating with sellers and TikTok teams.
  • Support product optimization efforts, such as improving product images, copy, and catalog content.
  • Perform regular catalog maintenance to ensure retail-readiness and shop health.
  • Coordinate with creators and affiliates, assisting in selection and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Help execute campaigns by sharing creative briefs, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities to boost organic content through paid media.
  • Provide insights on conversion-driving content and support affiliate reporting processes.
  • Work with team members to develop paid media strategies, learning to manage budgets and optimize campaigns across TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Support campaign execution, monitoring performance against KPIs and recommending adjustments to improve results.
  • Assist in compiling sales reports, tracking key metrics such as GMV, AOV, and campaign performance.
  • Help analyze performance trends and contribute to recommendations for sellers and internal teams.
