As part of our commitment to this mission, we are looking for a Seller Growth Operation Manager to join our Seller Growth Operations team. This team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations for Merchants and Sellers on the TikTok Shop platform. The Seller Growth Operations team is responsible for driving full-funnel product education, acquisition, incubation, analytics, and strategy for all Merchants and Sellers. We are the voice of the market, collecting, prioritizing, and sharing meaningful insights to shape the future of TikTok's Seller Growth initiatives. In this role, you will own the responsibility of increasing the number of sellers with sales and merchants in TikTok Shop. You will formulate the seller's life cycle incubation strategy and support them to succeed in the 0-1 period. Identifying growth opportunities to improve the business for mass sellers through scalable solutions will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will manage the roll-out of these solutions, which may include video/LIVE challenges, life cycle email campaigns, seller missions, and incubation programs. Conducting deep dives to understand seller segments and the root causes of issues affecting sellers' business performance will be essential. This will involve data analysis, interviewing, and surveying merchants to inform inputs into product development and process improvement. You will accumulate and share learnings to drive best practices with internal and external teams, ensuring that TikTok remains a leader in the e-commerce space.
