About The Position

Naked Wardrobe is looking for TikTok-obsessed, fashion-forward Content Creators whose primary focus is to create, edit, and produce daily TikTok content for our brand. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for creators who live on TikTok, understand trends in real time, and want real-world experience building a high-growth fashion brand’s presence. Your sole mission: create scroll-stopping TikToks that drive awareness, engagement, and performance.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm behavior, and content styles
• Strong iPhone shooting + editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Interest in fashion, styling, and social media culture
• Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and creatively driven
• Ability to produce content quickly in a performance-driven environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous TikTok growth experience (personal or brand pages) is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, and edit daily TikTok content for Naked Wardrobe
• Track and react to trending sounds, formats, and viral moments
• Produce content across: Try-ons Styling videos “Day in the life” BTS & office culture Drops, launches, and new arrivals
• Collaborate with the social, creative, and marketing teams on content direction
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and elevated aesthetic
• Assist with on-site shoots and content capture when needed
• Analyze performance and iterate on what’s working
• Monitor social comments, DMs and customer engagement
