About The Position

We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy TikTok Content Creator to join our social media team. In this role, you will lead TikTok content strategy, drive brand storytelling, and develop high-impact short-form videos that engage audiences and support business goals. The ideal candidate blends creativity with data-driven decision-making, experiments with emerging trends, and ensures all content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives. This role balances strategic planning with selective hands-on content creation to maximize reach, engagement, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience creating TikTok content (brand or agency preferred).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and content best practices.
  • Strong on-camera presence and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in mobile editing tools (CapCut, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and brand voices simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with dogs and cats on set.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate content.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Background in UGC sourcing or creator partnerships.
  • Basic design or motion graphics skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead TikTok content strategy, including defining creative direction, content pillars, and storytelling frameworks aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Analyze performance data, platform trends, and audience insights to inform strategy and guide content decisions.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven content roadmap, including testing strategies, campaign concepts, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead full-cycle content production, focusing on high-impact content that supports strategic goals (concepting, direction, and selective hands-on creation).
  • Drive performance optimization through structured testing (formats, hooks, CTAs) and translate insights into scalable content strategies.
  • Partner with marketing, paid media, and creative teams to align organic and paid content strategies and maximize campaign performance.
  • Oversee the development of paid media creative, ensuring content is aligned with funnel strategy and conversion objectives.
  • Establish and manage content workflows, asset systems, and approval processes to support efficient cross-functional execution.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, formats, and platform changes; proactively introduce new ideas to drive growth and engagement.
