About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced aluminum welder to join a laid-back, drama-free production shop in South Salt Lake (near 3400 S & West Temple). This role focuses on aluminum TIG welding—primarily 190 to .175 thickness—with the ability to MIG weld being a big plus. No certifications required, just solid skill and the ability to produce consistent, clean welds.

Requirements

• Strong aluminum TIG welding experience (thicker aluminum)
• MIG experience preferred
• Must pass an onsite weld test before 3 PM
• Clean criminal background (no theft or workplace violence)
• Good attitude, reliable, no drama, and works well with a team
• Able to start as a temp-to-hire placement

• MIG experience

Responsibilities

• Production welding on aluminum parts
• TIG welding (primary) with some MIG preferred
• Work from sample parts for weld tests
• Maintain quality, safety, and steady productivity
