As a TIG Welder, you won’t just weld parts, you’ll help create durable, high-quality products designed to last for generations. Our Fabrication team produces the essential metal components that support POLYWOOD® products, including: Stainless tubing for bench supports Steel straps and aluminum tubing for tables In-house screw production using CNC mills Custom welding for frames and structural components Powder coating for durability and weather resistance Specialty builds and custom fixtures At POLYWOOD®, we design and build outdoor furniture that brings people together and stands the test of time. Requirements

  • Experience with TIG welding, especially aluminum preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable standing and working for 8 to 10+ hour shifts
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding on aluminum support structures and braces for POLYWOOD® furniture
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Set up and adjust welding equipment for aluminum fabrication
  • Ensure weld strength, consistency, and clean finish quality
  • Inspect completed welds and identify any defects or rework needs
  • Maintain welding equipment and keep work area clean and organized
  • Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
