About The Position

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Welder to join our team in Groton, Connecticut! Hours – 40 hours a week 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday from 4:30pm - 3:00am Salary - $21- $31 per hour plus 5% shift differential Why join us? You will also be responsible for weld repair of various types of metals, including stainless steel, cobalt and nickel alloy castings. Requirements

High school and/or technical school completion.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment is ideal particularly within welding – TIG in particular.
Attention to detail.
Problem solving.
Organistional skills.
