What You’ll Do TIG weld stainless steel and Inconel sheets (0.035–0.25 in.) to produce high-precision aerospace components. Select appropriate weld materials, including wire, based on job requirements. Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and performing fabrication tasks across all stages of production. Interpret complex blueprints and follow detailed work instructions with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Proven TIG welding experience (required).
  • Ability to multitask and manage work efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Lift/move up to 50 lbs. routinely; perform bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive tasks (including hammering parts).
  • Sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Pass required vision screenings.
  • Work extended hours during peak periods or special projects.
  • Due to access to export-controlled technology, this role is limited to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and certain protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)). Proof of status is required prior to hire.

  • Aerospace experience a plus.
